Most classes are about the church telling you everything about itself. Discover More flips that. This one is about you.
Yes, there is teaching — the foundations of following Jesus, what we believe and why, the things worth building a life on. But the heart of Discover More is discovery in the other direction: your story, your wiring, your gifts, and what God might be up to in you.
Because you were not made to attend this church. You were made to belong to it — and belonging starts with being known. Bring your questions; nothing is off limits, and “I have no idea” is a completely acceptable place to start.

A time of discovering you
The part that makes Discover More different. We ask about your story, your gifts, and your heart — and we actually listen. The goal is not information about SOJO. The goal is that you leave known.
A place to land
Knowing you is how we help you find your place — the right group, the right team, the right next step. Discover More is the doorway into the real life of this church, not another meeting about it.
Good questions
Do I have to take Discover SOJO first?
No — but it helps. Discover SOJO is the lunch: hear who we are, tell us who you are. Discover More goes deeper. Most people do them in that order, but the door is open either way.
When and where does it meet?
Virtually, over three weeks. Sign up and we will send you the current schedule and the link — you can be on your couch with a coffee.
Is this only for new believers?
Not at all. Plenty of people who have been in church for decades take it and tell us it is the first time the pieces fit together. New believer, lifelong attender, or still deciding what you think about all of this — you are welcome.
What does it cost?
